Tim Seibert, P.E.

Tim Seibert, P.E.

President

Mr. Seibert joined Carl A. Nelson & Company as a Project Manager in 1994, became Vice President, Operations in 1997, and then President in 2007. Tim is a Construction Engineering graduate from Iowa State University and received his MBA from the University of Illinois, Springfield. Tim is a licensed professional engineer with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. Tim is responsible for daily operations of the company, leads the project management team, and is heavily involved in design-build projects. Tim is a principal owner and  serves on the Board of Directors of the firm.


Jay Perry

VP Construction

Mr. Perry joined Carl A. Nelson & Company as a Project Manager and became Vice President, Construction in 2001. He is a graduate of Iowa State University (ISU) in Architecture with extensive post graduate study Construction Engineering and Management from ISU. He has over 23 years of experience in the construction industry. Jay serves as a Project Manager on select projects and is responsible for oversight of the firm’s field labor and equipment resources. Jay is a principal owner and serves on the Board of Directors of the firm.


Jim Quickstad

Sr. Project Manager

Mr. Quickstad joined Carl A. Nelson & Company as a Project Manager. He is a Building Construction Technology graduate from Purdue University and has over 29 years of experience in construction at Carl A. Nelson & Company. Jim has served many important clients and has established strong relationships with major industrial clients. Jim is a principal owner and serves on the Board of Directors of the firm.


Christine Robertson

Christine Robertson

VP Finance
Mrs. Robertson joined Carl A. Nelson & Company as Vice President of Finance in September 2011.  Christine is a graduate of Western Illinois University and has over 18 years experience in accounting and auditing.  She is a Certified Public Accountant.   Christine is responsible for the firm’s fiscal controls and all banking, bonding, and insurance relationships.
