Distribution Facility in O'Fallon, Missouri is 354,000 SF on an 82 acre site. The
complex utilized conventional, precast construction and includes 263,000 SF of dry
warehouse, 54,000 SF of refrigerated space, and 37,000 SF of support facilities.
Aldi - O'Fallon was the fourth distribution facility Carl A. Nelson & Company has
