| Carl A. Nelson & Company was the general contractor on three major projects for Southeastern Community College. The work included new construction and renovations at both the North Campus in West Burlington, Iowa and the South Campus in Keokuk, Iowa. Projects at the North Campus included the 34,500 SF Trustee Hall addition which provided a new lobby/reception area, classrooms, learning center, and labs. This facility utilized conventional structural steel construction with a brick veneer exterior. |

Carl A. Nelson & Company also constructed a 10,000 SF classroom addition to Building 200 which included a 2,200 SF renovation to the existing building. This project was completed two months ahead of schedule to accommodate the start of the Fall Semester classes. |
| South Campus work included approximately 19,400 SF of new construction and 4,500
SF of renovation to existing facilities. The project utilized single story wood
frame construction with concrete block veneer exterior. The roof is a single ply
EPDM and prefinished metal standing seam. "We have found their company and staff to be exceptional to work with regarding every aspect of these building projects.
