center. This facility, which was completed as a design/build project with Varco
Pruden, includes 120,000 SF of high bay storage, a 14,000 SF maintenance area, 12,000 SF
of office space, a 63,000 SF packaging area, and 48,000 SF of shipping/receiving.
The concrete in the high bay storage is an award winning, super flat floor required due to
